Billing and Payments Policy

Makeesha L. Allen Ministries accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Square Up, and Venmo as forms of billing and payments.

Payment Method Terms

Payments are expected at time of purchase or purchase order due date.
All credit card payments presented at time of payment must have a valid expiration date and security code.
All processed app credits and/or balances made at time of payment must be sufficient to cover the total cost of the purchase.
Any discounts claimed at time of purchase will be reflected on the final total amount.

Shipping costs will be added to product prices, based on shipment weight and location.

Return and Refund Policy

We guarantee your satisfaction. As such, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer you to return your purchased product(s) within 30 days of order receipt.

To return an item for any reason within 30 days of order receipt, call our Customer Service department at (407) 710-8833.
To ensure your returned merchandise is credited properly, you must first get authorization from Customer Service for a return and/or refund.
Packages without proper return authorization will not be accepted. Items returned will be refunded to the original payment method used.
Defective merchandise must be returned with the original packaging.
Please have your order information ready, the reason for return, and list the item(s) you are returning.
Pack the item(s) you are returning to us. Enclose a copy of your packing slip and wrap the package securely.
Be sure to purchase and apply adequate postage.
Our Returns Department will issue your credit within three-to-five business days after receiving your package.
All returns and billing questions must be resolved within 30 days of order receipt.
